2022 Fair Ways Conference

Starting in early September 2022, we were delighted to bring back the annual Fair Ways Conference.

In September, the 2022 Fair Ways Conference was held in Lakeside North Harbour in Portsmouth, and Resolven Rugby Club, Wales in early October. This represented the first time we have split the conference across four dates, including hosting a conference in Wales for our teams based there.

This provided teams with the chance to attend smaller, in-person and more personal conferences that enabled everyone the chance to reconnect and meet new people from across the charity.

This year, for the first time ever, we were lucky enough to be joined by a guest speaker, Chris Wild, who discussed his life growing up in care and how he wants to see the care system change.
