We are looking ahead to 2022 with the firm belief that it will be a great year for Fair Ways.

A really key project is that we are developing an exciting new 5-year strategy that will take us from 2022 to 2026.

We have set ourselves a simple and unified aim:

Our strategy is to provide and ensure the continued capability to deliver, an outstanding service to as many service users as possible.

Unlike previous strategies, we will now co–create one overall plan to address, in priority order, the barriers that prevent us from being outstanding.

Our whole organisation will be aligned behind this plan, which will see leaders from across Fair Ways working together to develop the strategy.

We are calling this approach:
