This May we are helping raise money for our charity partners Abby’s Heroes by joining in with the #5KMay challenge.

You can do your 5K anywhere, anytime with anyone. You can run, walk, cycle or even swim, however you choose to move this is a great time to have fun and enjoy the outdoors.

If 5K seems too much why not choose a week and do 1k a day while walking the kids to school. Equally, we know there will be some competitive staff out there so why not nominate your fellow teammates and see who can complete their 5k the fastest or in the most unusual way.


It’s about getting out and feeling good while doing it, all whilst raising money for an amazing cause.

Once you have done your 5K, donate your £5 and nominate 5 of your friends to do it as well, will they be up for the challenge?
