Launch of new Fair Ways Community Platform

We are excited to launch Fair Ways Community, the one platform to connect, recognise and support all our employees.

Our new engagement platform is the place to be! From wellbeing initiatives, our benefits hub, the WOW wall (more to come), cultural calendar, internal communication and more.

We are excited by this platform and whilst it is a huge improvement on the intranet, we will remain using the intranet until we are able to transfer rotas and rostering onto the HR system, Access. At that stage, Fair Ways Community will form our secondary key system for staff welfare and engagement.I am equally proud to see the launch of this platform and excited to see the next phases of development. This will become the go-to location to see what is happening within Fair Ways

We appreciate that there are lots of great things going on in Fair Ways and this site so far only includes a small snippet of these. We will continue to build the platform in the coming weeks and months to really celebrate the great things going on and achievements in the organisation.
