Following a staff request through the Employee Committee, EPIC, Fair Ways agreed to implement a Cycle2Work Scheme.
We are delighted to introduce this scheme as an employee benefit, encouraging staff to improve their health and wellbeing, whilst promoting a greener form of transportation.
The Cycle 2 Work scheme will be funded by Fair Ways, meaning that the bikes and equipment will need to be bought upfront, although staff will pay for the bikes by way of monthly payments. Each year, Fair Ways will set aside a budget for the scheme, and the only stipulation is that the maximum value of any individual bike is capped at £1,000.
We launch the scheme on the following basis:
