Fair Ways Re-Introduces Refer A Friend Scheme

To support Fair Ways’ growth, we are delighted to launch a Refer A Friend Scheme for Fair Ways team members.

We understand that attracting new team members to Fair Ways is vital to our success, so we are asking you to help us find more passionate people, intent on making a difference and living Fair Ways values and culture.

Any existing Fair Ways team member who successfully Refers a Friend to join Fair Ways will receive a £250 Voucher when the new team member successfully passes their 6-month probationary period.

• Candidate Name
• How long you have known the candidate
• In what capacity do you know the candidate
