Fair Ways wins Employer of the Year and CSR Initiative of the Year awards at 2021 Portsmouth Business Awards

We are delighted to share with you that Fair Ways has been announced as double winners at The News, Portsmouth Business Excellence Awards. Fair Ways was awarded Employer of the Year and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Initiative of the Year awards for 2021.

Last night (8th July 2021), Fair Ways attended The News, Portsmouth Business Excellence Awards evening following shortlisting for three awards – Employer of the Year, Training Provider of the Year and CSR Initiative of the Year.

According to the judges, the competition for the awards this year was very fierce in all three categories however, they commented that Fair Ways stood out in the two winning awards and were particularly complimentary of the scale of Fair Ways approach to Corporate Social Responsibility.

We are extremely proud to have been named both Employer of the Year and CSR Initiative of the Year at our first time of entering The News, Portsmouth Business Awards.

Winning these awards at any time is something to be proud of, but I am especially proud of everyone at Fair Ways to have won these awards off the back of the difficult and challenging year.
