MEGA LOTTERY DAY

In October 2019, Fair Ways introduced a new staff initiative as a way of saying thank you for all the ongoing hard work and dedication. This new initiative has been broken into three lotteries – Monthly Lottery, Holiday Lottery and Senior Leaders Lottery.

Every so often, (June and September), all the lotteries take place on the same day. A day we like to refer to as Mega Lottery Day!

Monthly Lottery
Eligible employees are automatically entered into the monthly lottery, with draws taking place on the third Monday of each month. The winner of the draw wins a £100 voucher.

Holiday Lottery
Eligible employees are automatically entered into the holiday lottery, with 3 draws held in each calendar year. The winner of the draw wins £1,000 (tax-free) towards up to two holidays.

Senior Leaders Lottery
Eligible employees are automatically entered into the senior leaders’ lottery, with 4 draws held in each calendar year. The winners of the draw win tiered prizes ranging from a weekend away, to a gift hamper.

The Mega Lottery Day draws will take place on Monday 21st June, with all winners being contacted by phone on the same day. Good luck to everyone!
