We are excited to announce that Mileage and Expense claims will be moving to Access from the Intranet from Thursday 21st September 2023.
Fair Ways continued growth requires a scalable, supported, expandable and secure system that is intuitive and easy to use.
Access will enable you to quickly and easily raise a Mileage or Expense Claim via your Self-Service Menu.
You will be able to track a claim and get a notification when approved by your Manager. A history of claims will be available for you to view at any time. You will be able to export your claims history and Managers can run reports for their team too.
Until this date, mileage and expense claims should continue to be made using the existing process.
