Monthly Staff Lottery
Eligible employees are automatically entered into the monthly lottery, with draws taking place on the third Monday of each month. There are two winners each month, with a £100 and £50 voucher up for grabs!
Holiday Lottery
Eligible employees are automatically entered into the holiday lottery, with 4 draws held in each calendar year. The winner of the draw wins £1,000 (tax-free) towards up to two holidays.
Voucher Lottery
Eligible employees are automatically entered into the Voucher Lottery, with 4 draws held in each calendar year. The winner of the draw win a £350 voucher.
Blue Light Card
As front line workers, Fair Ways staff may be eligible for a Blue Light Card and the discounts that this brings with it!

Each year, a grant is available to give staff the opportunity to access training not available internally.

We are delighted to offer this scheme encouraging staff to improve their health and wellbeing, whilst promoting a greener form of transportation.
Employee Assistance Scheme
The Assistance Scheme is open to all Fair Ways employees. The purpose of the scheme is to provide discretionary funds up to the value of £750 per application for - financial relief in times of monetary hardship, funding and/or resources for emotional/practical support.
Staff Awards
Each year, employees are given the chance to vote for their Team Member of the Year. These award celebrations are usually held at the Christmas Party, with each winner receiving a voucher, a trophy and a huge round of applause from their peers!
Holiday Purchase Scheme
Prior to the start of the holiday year (November each year) employees will have the opportunity to request to ‘purchase’ up to an additional 5 days (pro-rata for part-time employees) holiday entitlement for the following holiday year. The scheme is administered through a salary sacrifice arrangement.
EV Scheme
