Last week the EPIC team took part in a team-building day at the Royal Victoria Country Park with the team from School Camp. The day was filled with activities to help to improve their teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
The day included a treasure hunt, building a complex structure with very few instructions and a mixture of physical challenges. Everyone had a lovely day and enjoyed being out in the fresh air and seeing people in person for the first time in many many months. The team came away a lot stronger and motivated to be their best EPIC self and help be the voice of all staff at Fair Ways.
We would also like to take this opportunity to wish Ieuan and his team from School Camp an EPIC welcome to Fair Ways and say a big thank you for hosting such a fun day, we can’t wait to work with you more in the future
